Randall purchased Senwill Civil to bring his passion, vision and business acumen to the company.

Each of our crews are managed by an experienced and competent supervisor with years of experience working in the civil industry. Each of our crew members are trained in all aspects of civil construction, to ensure they are all proficient with any project that they undertake. Senwill encourage our employee to take on structured training and have a number who have complete Certificate 3 and 4 in Civil Construction.
Michael Hosie
General Manager
Starting with Senwill Civil in 2007, Michael gained experience within the water industry over seven years. Transitioning to a national construction material company, allowing Michael to broaden his industry knowledge and skills. His nine-year stint there, with various roles such as Contracting Manager and State Manager.
Returning to Senwill Civil as General Manager to contribute to its growth, success and lead Senwill Civil into its next phase.
